The team concentrates its focus on both Green and Brownfield land, as well as strategic sites and typically anything from 20 plots to those with potential for 500+ units.

Reside has adopted a flexible approach in respect of agreements and we look to secure land by way of a promotion or option agreement, a joint venture or a freehold purchase - typically with a future uplift payable once planning consent has been achieved.
