The conversion of a former Parish Hall and Working Men’s club set within one of Guildford’s Conservation Areas. Planning consent was granted for 11 luxury apartments, which sold within just three weeks of being officially released. The development received the Mayor’s Award in recognition of its outstanding contribution to the local community and retention of heritage architecture. The development was also awarded a Guildford Design Award for ‘Best Restoration and Conversion’.
