A former paddock with distant views to the South Downs. Planning permission was granted for 14 houses, in addition to the retention of a large area of open space. The application was supported by the Parish Council and consent was granted by the local authority without the need to go to appeal. The house designs, and Reside’s commitment to involving the local community in the process, were key to the successful planning outcome.
